Cancellation policy

PREORDERS

• We do sometimes offer preorders on items. We will always put the estimated date of shipment in the product listing. HOWEVER - sometimes vendors do not ship preorders on time. We do not have control of this process. If a preorder is backordered again, we will notify you. If we have to cancel a preorder you will be refunded to the original payment method. 

• We CANNOT cancel preorders once placed, as we use YOUR preorder to assess how many of an item to order on our end.
